  • Payment is automatically processed via Tuition Auto Pay (TAP)

  • TAP can be set up with a bank account (no fee) or credit card (2% service fee).

  • Payments will be processed on:

    • Session 1:  June 1

    • Session 2:  June 15

  • Insufficient funds or credit card denials are subject to a $25 returned payment bank fee and a $25 late fee.



  • Once a camper has attended they cannot change Extended hours (campers must remain in the same group).

  • You can reduce your schedule from Extended Camp Hours to Regular Hours(tuition will be prorated on a weekly basis).

  • No cancellation after payment processing dates (see above)

  • Absences cannot be made up. There are no credits or refunds for missed days.

  • If camp is closed due to a positive COVID-19 test, no refunds will be offered for that week, but future weeks will be refunded if Camp Happy Hall is unable to operate.

Please know that our cancelation policy is intended to allow our team of experienced professionals to plan and implement a summer program that meets your family’s needs. This year, more than ever, it is important for us to prepare for the exact number of campers and ensure that we are staffed appropriately and can provide all the necessary training needed to care for your children.



  • In order to comply with local guidelines, there are NO early or late drop-offs or pickups.

  • If you are going to be late due to an emergency, please notify us immediately.

  • Frequent lateness may result in dismissal.



  • Each day, all staff and children will have their temperatures taken prior to entering campus.

  • Each day, all staff and families will complete a digital questionnaire prior to entering campus.



  • All staff must wear face coverings at all times, with the exception of breaks, which are to be taken away from children and at least 6 feet apart from other adults.

  • All adults dropping off and picking up children must wear a face covering.


HANDWASHING - All staff and children are required to wash hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds for ALL, but not limited to the activities listed below. Additional handwashing stations will be made available.

  • Arrival to campus and after breaks

  • Before and after preparing food or drinks

  • Before and after eating or handling food

  • After using the toilet or helping a child use the bathroom

  • After playing outdoors

  • After blowing one’s nose, coughing, or sneezing

  • Before coming in contact with any child 

  • After touching or cleaning surfaces that may be contaminated

  • After using shared equipment like toys, computer keyboards, scissors, pens. etc.


CLEANING - Before, during, and after camp, surfaces will be cleaned with disinfectant. Frequently used surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized after every use.


ITEMS FROM HOME - Children are only permitted to bring a light jacket, hat, and water bottle to camp. Lunch and sunscreen will be provided at no additional fee! 


WATER - All staff and children are required to bring a refillable water bottle from home. The use of water fountains will be restricted. 


SUNSCREEN - Happy Hall will use Rocky Mountain Sunscreen SPF 50 KIDS Spray Mist to apply sunscreen to children. Please do not bring sunscreen from home unless your child has a doctor’s note verifying an allergy or skin condition that requires an alternative brand.


FREE LUNCH - We have decided to make the lunch program FREE to all children. We would like to discourage families from bringing their own lunch to limit items from home entering camp, as well as decrease the need for staff to assist children with opening thermoses and other items from home. We understand that our lunch program may not be suitable for children with special diets. Please see our Camp Sandwich Bar for more details.



  • Access to our Camp will be limited to staff, children, and business-essential personnel.

  • Parents are not permitted to enter Cabins (classrooms).

  • Administrative staff will continue to work remotely as much as possible.

  • Parents are encouraged to utilize phone and email for parent-teacher communication (depending on the matter).


SOCIAL DISTANCING AT CAMP - Child-to-child, staff-to-staff, and staff-to-child distancing will be practiced as much as possible. All activities will be set up in a way that will allow for as much distance as possible.


SOCIAL DISTANCING OUTSIDE OF CAMP - Staff will have limited interaction with the public during work shifts; including lunch breaks, and we require all employees to comply with all local health authority guidelines and regulations.


CONTACTLESS SIGN-IN/OUT - If you have access to our Parent Portal, you are encouraged to download the 1CORE Family app for contactless sign in/out. A QR code will be posted outside of your child’s cabin. If you do not have the app, you can request a teacher to sign your child in or out.


SESSION LENGTH - Campers must remain in the same group of 12 or fewer children to the greatest extent possible for a minimum of four consecutive weeks.


GROUP SIZES - Groups should remain with the same staff members to the greatest extent possible. In order to meet this guideline we only offer schedules of 8.5 hours or less.


CONTACTLESS ACTIVITIES - Our curriculum staff has been hard at work adapting ALL activities to be contactless activities. There are several fun experiments and projects that can be accomplished without sharing germs.


SUPPLY CADDIES - Each child will get their own supply caddy filled with supplies and labeled with their name to use at camp. Supply caddies and supplies will be regularly disinfected.


OUTDOOR ENRICHMENT - We will stagger outdoor enrichment to keep groups separate. Our teachers have created several contactless activities to get kids moving.



  • You must keep your child home if they have a temperature of 100.4 or any other flu-like symptoms (Symptoms include fever, chills, muscle aches, cough, congestion, runny nose, headaches, and fatigue).

  • If your child is in our care and has a temperature of 100.4 or above or any other flu-like symptoms, you will be called and expected to pick up your child within one hour.

  • Children must be symptom and medication-free for 72 hours prior to returning depending on the symptoms and severity of the symptoms.

  • If a child or household member has symptoms that are consistent with COVID-19 or has been in close contact with a person with symptoms or diagnosed with COVID-19, you must notify us immediately. See our Pandemic Policy for more details.


CELL PHONE USE - Campers are not permitted to use cell phones. If a camper needs to contact parents, the camp phone is available.



  • Campers and staff alike are entitled to a safe and pleasant environment. If a camper shows disrespect, yells, threatens others, or acts violently, you will be called and expected to pick up your camper immediately.

  • If your camper is unable to safely interact or participate at camp, you will be called and requested to pick up your camper immediately. The Camp Director will work with your family to help address any issues.


DISMISSAL POLICY - If it is in the best interest of the camper and/or CHH, we reserve the right to dismiss a camper.


COMMUNITY CARE LICENSING - The Community Care Licensing Department has the authority, without parent consent, to conduct interviews with campers or staff and to inspect and audit records per State Law Section 101200.b.


OUTSIDE SERVICES - CHH strongly discourages our employees from providing families any services that are not part of our program. CHH does not authorize such services and is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any employee while providing such services.


ARBITRATION - In the event a dispute arises out of or relating to services provided by CHH that cannot be resolved in good faith directly with CHH, all parties (parents, guardians, CHH) agree to participate in mediation by a mutually agreed upon third party. In the event that mediation does not resolve the dispute or no third party can be agreed to, then parties agree to participate in binding arbitration governed by the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any settlement or award by the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable in any court having jurisdiction over this dispute.
