CAMP POLICIES: All below stated requirements must be met in order for enrollment to be finalized.
The following forms will be posted on our website under Summer Camp must be printed, signed and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for each enrolled student. PLEASE NOTE: Missing forms after June 22nd, 2020 will put your enrollment in jeopardy.
Daily release of enrolled student(s) will require an authorized designee listed on the Camper Information form to provide picture identification upon pickup. All district security measures must be followed.
